NGO Women and Men Against Child Abuse and seven complainants plan to challenge the constitutionality of parts of the sexual offences Act. If successful, this could set a precedent for other abuse matters.
Their case involves a high profile Johannesburg businessman and philanthropist -accused of molesting young children entrusted in his care more than 40 years ago.
